[MCL-22141] wont install

when i would go to launch minecraft it wound not launch, instead it took me to the market place page for the launcher. after trying a couple of things i tried uninstalling the game and have not been able to reinstall it eveytime i try it says something went wrong on there end please try again later i have not been able to launch the game with the vinalla launcher in about 2 weeks now
