Recently a cousin updated her launcher to get Bedrock and when she went to get it, she said it took her to the Microsoft store with a Method of Purchase page. She said she just isn't going to get it, but Bedrock should be free. Is the Method of Purchase for the market place on Bedrock or does she actually have to pay for Bedrock? Is she misunderstanding? I know some friends who have updated and haven't encountered this.

Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date?
Have you tried to re-registering MS store as written here?
Do you have enough free space on your disc drive?
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
Could you provide us with more in-depth repro steps?
