Before this issue, I have made one and someone replied me. I follow their step to delete files in .minecraft/launcher and reinstall it again, then I start launcher.
The error is solved, but there is a new error here:
LZMA error from LzmaDec_DecodeToBuf: 1
UnLZMA failed: resetting state.
