Right when I created this issue I thought It was because I already had the preview so I deleted it and still the error popped up…

Did anyone was able to install preview upon restarting the Launcher second time and try again?
You can also try and delete treatment_tags.json from .minecraft and start the Launcher afterwards.

The Minecraft Preview Servers are working and you just have to restart the launcher after updating
