I installed Launcher, created the icon on desktop from XBox app, then pined icon to taskbar and it is invisible. It is there, you can open it but it is invisible. What a great experience with Microsoft store purchased app.

First of all, uninstall the Launcher normally, and install it again.
Download the latest version of the Launcher from minecraft.net (version 10/11) https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download (you have to be signed on the website with your mc account), and install it again.
