I activated the key with the minecraft edition of Java and Bedrock edition. By clicking on the play button, it is highlighted that you need to create a game nickname. By clicking on the button, the error "Failed to create profile" appears, I also tried to do it on the site. I also tried to do it on my laptop and tried to do it on my phone even via the mobile Internet. The launcher knocks out an error on the website, the button just doesn't work. Although there is a game on the account and there were no problems with Bedrock Edition. Problems only with Java. (I watched the xbox permissions, did a reset of the microsoft store and other things) Nothing helps.
