[MCL-22663] Launcher update to a version that doesn't exist

The launcher says to restart to update but there is no update after restarting.

You probably caught it just at they were removing the short-lived 2.3.481 launcher version due to a "regression bug", given the time tag on your bug report.

That version was live for less than a day before it got pulled - and seems to have created widespread havoic.
