The launcher updates every hour. It started with the latest 29/11/2022 update and every hour it updates. The updates are: 1) removes the 29/11/2022 changelog, the next update brings it back, then again the same...

launcher_log file is in .minecraft folder in your C:\Users[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue occur on Windows 10/11 version of the Launcher or Windows 7/8 version?
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)?
Do you have enough free space on your disc drive?
Have you tried installing the Launcher on a different drive?
Are your graphic card drivers up-to-date? Please check for updates regardless.
Please also uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
Could you provide us with video of the issue??
