Hi there!

As i presume, you cannot open it from Xbox app, yes?
Have you tried booting it from Start window?
Or from MS store?
Do you have Xbox app, Xbox companion and Xbox identity provider installed? (if no please install them).

i only have xbox app yes i cant open with any launcher

If you still cannot open the Launcher try this:
Sign out of all your Windows/Xbox apps and sign again with the same account.

Please also try to install Launcher from minecraft.net website.
