Older versions of the game still marked as supporting the latest player safety features

The bug

Versions like 1.18.2 don't support chat signing while newer versions do. These older versions don't support the "latest" player safety features but are not marked as so. I would assume that a version like 1.18 would not be considered to be "as safe" as something like 1.19.3 because players cannot be reported for their messages.

Steps to reproduce

  • Open the Minecraft Launcher

  • Create an installation for 1.16.3 or below
→ ✔ Notice how 1.16.3 has a player safety warning.

  • Create an installation for a version following 1.16.3 that doesn't support chat reporting
→ ❌ Notice how 1.18.2 does not have a player safety warning despite no support for chat signing or chat reporting.

Player safety feature are from version 1.16.4 onwards.
Older versions than that are marked with Red triangle.
