Hi there!
Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue occur on Windows 10/11 version of the Launcher or Windows 7/8 version?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)?
Do you have enough free space on your disc drive?
Have you tried installing the Launcher on a different drive?
Are your graphic card drivers up-to-date? Please check for updates regardless.
Please also uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
Could you provide us with launcher_log file drom you .minecraft folder?

I am having this problem but on modded 1.19.2 (doesn't happen in vanilla, and afaik nothing change from when I last played and it worked just fine). Have you figured out the issue by chance?

We deal only with vanilla, un-modded version of Launcher, so please report the issue if it's occurs also on vanilla.

Does this crash occur in a vanilla envrionment without mods? If so please attach a launcher_log.txt
You have selected the version "1.6.93 (legacy)" as affected version for your report. Nowadays most users are using the new native launcher.
If the launcher you are using has a big green "PLAY" button for starting the game, then you are using the new launcher. To find out the version you are using, please click on "Settings" in the lower left corner, then open the "About" tab. Right below "Launcher" it shows the version of the launcher.
Please update the affected versions of your report by removing "1.6.93 (legacy)" and choosing the correct version.
In case you are actually using the legacy launcher, consider switching to the new native launcher. It can be downloaded here.
