I have a company computer with an Office365 subscription through the company.
However, I am allowed to use the machine for gaming as well, so I have added a private Microsoft account.
Unfortunately, the launcher for Win10 does not work because the Mincraft lancher does not ask which account to use. The lancher for Win7 works, but cannot launch the Bedrock edition.
I was able to install the current Badrock edition, and launch it without the lancher. However, the login to the Microsoft account fails here as well without an error code.

Hi,
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
I'm logged in in Microsoft Store, but can't log in XBox App nor Minecraft Launcher.
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?

Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)?

Do you have enough free space on your disc drive?

Have you tried installing the Launcher on a different drive?
