Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue occur on Windows 10/11 version of the Launcher or Windows 7/8 version?
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)?
Have you tried updating it through Microsoft store (like Jess mentioned)?

Since you're using Win 10, you should be able to open the Microsoft Store (bag icon), Library and Get Updates.
