Minecraft stopped downloading. Tried to reiinstall, still doesn't work.

I used to be able to use Minecraft just fine. Now, after the latest launcher update (if there has been one in the last few weeks) it is not working. It is having issues downloading the .lzma folders. I have the download error here:

I have done, several times. Everything is appearing to work OK. My internet likely isn't the issue.
