microsoft launcher and microsoft store accounts do not match

i originally bought minecraft a while back like before bedrock version even came out and after having it linked to my microsoft account i changed the email adress associated with the account aswell as making this the email adress that is connected to my computer but now every time i go to launch the launcher it tells me that the account logged into the microsoft store is diffrent from the account used to sign into the mincraft launcher even though i very specifically made sure they are the same account and was the reason i brought everything to the same microsft account in the first place
