The bug
The launcher says "Accounts in Microsoft Store and Launcher do not match" even though my login accounts are the same.

Same bug here, tried everything i could and everything support recommanded me, nothing worked, so i'm waiting here to be able to play minecraft.. @SeaLocust

First of all, please read the panel. That being said, this bug shouldn't cause any issues with actually playing the game. So if you are unable to play, it is almost certainly some other bug you are encountering. The developers are working very hard to come up with a fix for this bug.

Could you try to reinstall the Launcher? After deleting it, find .minecraft and delete the file - what is important that this file should be deleted from the trash bin, as corrupted files from the old .minecraft file may interract with the newly generated .minecraft file.
Does this issue occur on the newest version of Launcher?
Are you sure you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date?
Have you tried installing the Launcher on a different drive?
Have you tried downloading 'Xbox Identity Provider', 'Xbox Live In Game Experience', 'Gaming Services' and 'Xbox Companion'?
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
