After starting a version, launcher horizontal buttons push up too far and stay

Does this issue still occur?

I cannot reproduce it.

I can't either. I tried rolling back to Apr 1st, 2nd and the launcher won't start. Had to reboot to get the launcher to start up again (2x).

In the launcher, you can see that I am scrolled up as far as possible
