At one point, during a standard attempt to enter the game, an error occurred - "Something went wrong, and we could not check what products you have.", After which the "Buy Now" button appears, but if I exit account and log in again, then try to enter the game, I will be prompted to select a nickname, but after that the error "Failed to create a profile" will appear. Games are displayed in the Xbox Library.
