[MCL-23471] New launcher icon does not respect the macOS design

The new icon of the macOS Launcher does not respect the design of macOS and should get the rounded corners it deserves and the default spacing.

The new launcher icon, but following the design template, provided by apple (freely available to everyone) would be something like that:

Can confirm, alongside the game grass block icon it looks truly ridiculous

Confirmed that this has been resolved. If you are having trouble seeing the new icon, the following command in terminal refreshed it for me:

rm -r /var/folders/*/*/*/com.apple.iconservices*; killall Dock;
