[MCL-23748] Minecraft skin wont load

My Minecraft skin wont load i select it and the launcher and in game (java) i have the Makena skin pls fix this its bad for my videos

i cant make a launcher log the launcher dont crash but i can make a video

now i get this error so annoying bad launcher
