[MCL-23786] Nickname and skin

I can't create an account in the minecraft launcher. He asks me to enter a nickname, I write and an error immediately comes out. In the web version, nothing can be configured and changed at all. I have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. there is no solution to this problem anywhere
