In short, if I start the launcher, I close it and restart it and quickly it gives me an error about a crash, but I don't think I can call this a crash, I just discovered that this happens when I wanted to go in and solve something I forgot about and I said that maybe it's important to report this. Thanks for the report, however i will close it as invalid.
The Launcher opens correctly, but before it can be opened again it has to be properly closed, hence the error window stating that you tried to open it again too fast.
