I am unable to install bedrock edition through any service and I keep getting the message "Unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection" and when I press install, I get the screen attached. I have left it on this screen overnight, and I have a stable internet connection. When I tried to install it through the Xbox app, less than one second after pressing install, it said the game was ready and when I clicked play the Xbox app crashed. When I reopened both the launcher and the Xbox app, they both showed nothing had been installed. I have repeated those processes multiple times. I can install java edition and I can play bedrock on other computers through the same account.
Heres what I have done:
restarted the launcher
uninstalled and reinstallled the launcher
tried to install through the Xbox app
restarted windows
updated windows
signed out of the MS store, Xbox app, and launcher. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher and signed back into everything
checked the firewall
made sure my account was not in minor mode
reset the launcher in settings
Hi!
Can you boot MS store when you are trying to install Bedrock and see if the installation starts there?
Please see in MS store Library>Games and if the installation starts in the app, and it has an error, please click retry.
Also, could you please terminate and then reset MS store and Xbox app. You can do this in settings>Apps & features and then select each app and click 'advanced options'.
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.
