I tried to restart the application, delete and redownload it, and even restart my computer. Nothing has worked. Yes, I made sure I was signed in properly everywhere so that it could confirm my ownership of the versions. I am currently paying a subscription for Realms+ on the Bedrock version, and would love to be able to play again.
I hadn't played in a while, there is nothing wrong with my computer, at least to my knowledge. I've been playing on the same computer for about a year now, on the same account and all. One day, when I tried to play (after purchasing Realms+), that's when the issues started.
I'm not sure if I could have been banned. I do have a questionable username, but other than that, I have not done anything to warrant a ban. I rarely play on servers. However, if that is the problem, I can certainly change my username.
I have tried everything I could possibly do, and this is a last resort.
