Minecraft Launcher and Minecraft Java doesn't work

Good afternoon! I recently purchased Minecraft and decided to install it. However, when I try to run or open either the Minecraft Java edition or the Minecraft Launcher, nothing happens. They don't run, there are no error notifications, and there's no indication of anything going wrong.

I've tried a few different things to get Minecraft Launcher or Java edition to work, but I'm still having trouble. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Java, and I've also reinstalled the Launcher and Minecraft Java multiple times. I'd love to hear if you have any suggestions or if there's something I've overlooked that could help me get these programs up and running properly so I can play normally.

Hi!

Can you explain more what is the issue?
You click 'play' on either Java or Bedrock and nothing happens?
Can you record a video of it?
Also please try to download Windows 7/8 version of the Launcher from minecraft.net.

Hey there! I've been having a bit of an issue with the Windows 11 and 10 launchers. They just won't start, whether I'm launching from the Microsoft store or as an administrator. Yesterday, I tried the old launcher and it let me in for a few moments, but today I get an error that doesn't even let me log in with my Microsoft account. It says that error 0x80004005 occurred and that there is a non-existent Windows file or that I should check for updates. But everything already appears updated in the system at this moment.

I tried to upload a comprimed video but it doesn't let me

This is the launcher for windows 10 and 11, if I try from Minecrosoft store it just put gray and nothing start :

The same thing is happening on the linux version of the launcher.

There was a recent outage which caused this error: MCL-24332

Please see if this is still an issue
