There is silence when starting the launcher. Downloaded from the Microsoft store

@@unknown Can't provide it, as it doesn't output it at all. Launcher itself can't even start the startup stage. The logs are only output by the old launcher, which, except for Minecraft Java Edition, can't run anything....

P.s. Can't make a smaller video that weighs less than 10 megabytes

You should try to delete your .minecraft folder (backup important folders such as "saves") and try again.

Hi!

Please update your Windows/check for updates, and then update all your apps.
Then, please follow the instructions from here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/fix-problems-with-apps-from-microsoft-store-93ed0bcf-9c12-3df6-6dda-92ec5d0415ac#WindowsVersion=Windows_11

Please also uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.

Also check if you can boot the Launcher from Xbox app.

Hi, @@unknown. It did't help (everything that was suggested was done). It still won't start. Can't even create a new .minecraft folder.

Hi again!

Do you have any antivirus active? Do you have any programs active during the booting?
Can you close every non-essential programs then try to boot the launcher?
Even the ones that alter the graphics in your pc/overlays.
Also please once again, uninstall both Launchers and then installl the Launcher again.

Can you also see if there is a folder that contains Launcher files in C:\XboxGames?

Hey, @[MCQA] Zgajak!
Yeah, I have Dr.Web anti-virus.  At the beginning of startup, this antivirus, Nvidia Geforce Experience, Microsoft Powertoys, Samsung Magician, Wallpaper Engine x86, lg hub, Nvidia broadcast, and that's it.
Yes. It turns out that Dr.Web antivirus conflicts with the game, although it's not clear why...  After turning off all of its protection, I was able to access the launcher.
Yeah, C:/XboxGames folder is present (Minecraft Launcher and Minecraft: Java Edition)

And so, antivirus, as I understand it, was the source of the problem. But it's interesting that before that (probably before the update of MC launcher services and the launcher itself) antivirus did not complain and gave free access to the game. Now it restricts it until I disable it.

It's still a shame that such a good (in my opinion) antivirus swears at the game's launcher. It's worth taking a closer look at this episode.
