Install button shows even when Bedrock Edition is already installed

The launcher always shows the "Install" button even though I have Bedrock Edition installed already.

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation: 

  • Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account? 

  • Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?

  • Have you tried repairing/resetting both Microsoft store and Xbox app in App settings?

  • Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)? 

  • Have you tried installing the Launcher on a different drive?

  • Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?  

  • Could you provide us with more in-depth repro steps?

  • Same MS account

  • I tried only log out / login on Minecraft Launcher and Xbox so many time but not working still show Install button

  • Yes I do, I repair and reset both and uninstall and install back still not work too.

  • I always update Window when them show to update .

  • I install in Drive C and when this problem happened to me  I tired to login / logout check so many time for sure my account not get any hack (tbh Idk why I think about this) and then check this problem on internet but not have anyone talk about this... that why I decide to uninstall an try install in Drive D but not have any happened either and then I uninstall again and back to install in Drive C 2-3 time and still show Install button on Minecraft Bedrock Menu. And I click install on button and is not have any happened and get stuck. Then I check my file still have my Save World folder but I can't play my game T_T

  • Nope I don't use VPN 

  • Just when I open Minecraft Launcher always show PLAY TRAILS and INSTALL button only Minecraft Bedrock menu (Minecraft Java is fine) I have a full game but can't play and I don't know why... I tired everything re-install, repair program, check update, re-install launcher, login / logout so many time but still not work. So that's why I decide to open this ticket here to ask how to fix it. I just want back to play my world so badly

Can you start the game from start menu? Or at least from MS store?
Does this issue still occur on newest version/Beta version?
Please upload Launcher_log.txt from .minecraft folder.
