After installing minecraft-launcher from AUR on Arch linux I can’t login with my Microsoft account since the new window appears completely grey.

The last three lines appears after clicking the “signin with microsoft” button:

Unable to reproduce in arch linux 2025.03.01, kernel 6.13.8-arch1-1

I’m having this exact same issue. After first working around MCL-25005 by removing some KDE packages I am unable to login after clicking the sign in button. The window displays as expected for about half a second and then goes completely gray.

Running GNOME 48 on Arch Linux 6.13.8, same package as above.

Sorry, correction MCL-24881 is the issue I first worked around.

I tried also on my laptop which has the same settings of my desktop:

  • arch linux

  • kernel 6.13.8

  • Gnome 48 on wayland only

and has the same behavior
