Menace Capes not appearing after being succesfully redeemed.

Basically, even after redeeming and processing the code to get the Menace Capes, nothing appears in my Minecraft Account.

So far, I’ve redeemed 2 codes from Twitch and Tik-Tok respectively and even after days, there’s still nothing in the cape section in the launchers skin selector.
