The Minecraft Launcher on Linux seems to be outdated. Some recently added features, like the Apri Fools update stuff and the Minecraft Movie tab don’t appear in a freshly installed minecraft-launcher under Arch Linux.
The launcher has been installed through AUR https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/minecraft-launcher

Could you please provide a video and a repro steps for this issue?
Does the issue occurs on the newest Arch Linux update?
Does the issue occurs on the newest regular and legacy launcher version?
Can you also please uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.
