My purchase of the deluxe collection in minecraft launcher will not accept my credit card or payment

I was purchasing the deluxe collection in minecraft launcher, putting in my credit card details, the usual stuff, but after I verified the payment, it would come up with a grey screen saying ‘ ClassicConsumer6346dadc4483b704c8f97dc72TERMen-gbNextStepOTP ‘ and not giving me the actual pack, but thankfully, neither charging. I’ve done this twice, thinking it was just a glitch but I’m starting to ponder if it’s a bug so I kindly ask for help. (Also I don’t know what versions it affects neither do I know how to check, but my laptop is ASUS TUF GAMING F15)
