Minecraft Java does not launch with RivaTuner running, but only when launching from the official launcher

If you try to launch Java 1.21.1 or above from the official launcher with RivaTuner running, it will get stuck on a certain point (https://mclo.gs/qH6R4nZ ). Launching from Modrinth works fine, which is why I’m making a ticket for the Launcher, as I believe this issue could be on the launcher’s end (like the java version check issue previously). There’s a ticket for this on the Java Edition page (MC-296200 ).
