The problem is that when I log into minecraft launcher it says it has no internet and that it can´t verify what I own (if I log out and restart the app, then I log in with another account it doesn´t say that) and in minecraft.net the log in button in the "log in or sign in" page just goes through like 3 pages before going back and if I log out before I click login and then I log in it just sends me AGAIN back to the log in or sign in page (ALL of this problems happened after I appealed a permaban from xbox)

Did you ask in the community-support channel? I cannot find any messages from your user or anything referencing this report. Please @ me in that channel so I can go through some troubleshooting with you.
Nothing worked, and also I know the problem is not the pc’s windows, it is the microsoft account because, and I quote “in minecraft.net the log in button in the "log in or sign in" page just goes through like 3 pages before going back”
I finally came across someone who has the same issue, have you found any results yet? Ive been trying to research but haven’t come across anything.
