Launcher keeps logging me out when I go offline and power cycle the device

Whenever I turn the computer off and back on while offline, my launcher instance logs me out of my Microsoft account and prevents me from playing Java edition. I can play Bedrock edition just fine, it has a separate shortcut, but I can’t use Java because it can only be launched from the launcher. It’s really annoying because I can’t play my modded instances of Java either, as they also need to be accessed from the launcher. I was always able to before September 13th, but every night since then, I’ve had to go back online and manually log back into my Microsoft account to refresh my offline access which seems to be removed from my computer every time it cycles off and back on. It’s an offline game, for Pete’s sake, what do you mean I can’t access the game while offline?

Steps to reproduce: Log in to launcher with Microsoft account, turn off internet access, restart browser to ensure the launcher works properly before power cycle, turn the device off, then on again, open launcher while still offline.

Expected results: Ability to access launcher and its features with the expected offline errors in a toast in the top right and retry button in the bottom bar as well as the ability to launch applicable games from their respective pages.

Actual results: no game access whatsoever, just throws up an error during launcher startup that basically says the connected account(s) cannot be verified/accessed due to a lack of internet connection.
