Dear company, my name is Max Waclawczyk, I purchased the game, but I had to forcibly reset my PC, and now I no longer have the game. I would appreciate it if you could restore the game for me, as I have legitimately paid for it, and now I’m being asked to purchase it again, which I find unfair.

Contact minecraft customer support for this type of issue, and the title of the report Is not in english but Deutsch.

Try to log in with the same account where did buyed minecraft.
