Cannot verify what i own and if i have the wifi

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, i have deleted my antivirus incase that was an issue, i have downloaded the launcher from both the microsoft store and the mojang website. i’m not sure what else is there to do, no other website or gaming app (steam, epic games ect.) are having this issue. they all are able to connect to internet and run the games i own no problem. What am i supposed to do
