showing no interent connection and no purchases not allowing me to open game

when i open the minecraft launcher it shows no internet connection even though i am on my home internet and will not load my purchases of the bedrock and java editions even though i am logged in and on the internet. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it is not helping i also tried restarting my computer
