I keep getting this message: “We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection,” and sometimes I get this one along with the other one: “Something went wrong, and we couldn’t connect to the Minecraft services. Please connect to the internet to refresh your offline access” (image below). Makes Bedrock and Java unplayable. I have tried multiple suggested fixes with no success. My internet was switched a month ago, but all the internet fixes have not helped, and everything else on my laptop runs perfectly. The last suggestion was to delete these files: webcache, webcache2, assets\indexes, launcher_cache, launcher_log.txt, launcher_profiles.json. But I was unable to find these folders on my laptop. For reference, I use an Acer Nitro 5. I also sometimes can open Bedrock, and I get a new error (image below).

I have this exact same issue, to a tee! Same errors, same situation. My issue started yesterday, and I spent almost 5 hours trying to fix it. Java won't launch, and Bedrock only gets me as far as the loading screen before I get a timeout error. When I try and launch Java, I get a handshake not completed issue (issues with TLS/SSL ??), but I've gone through the steps of making sure I have the right TLSs checked.
I also play on an Acer Nitro 5, which is making me think it's a platform issue.. Feels like I've done everything on my end at this point, I’m doubting it’s a “me issue” since my network is fine on everything else, and I've already reset my router twice. I've even gone as far as completely resetting my Windows. :(
