Trying to open the launcher for Minecraft and have been met with the attached error codes.
Things I have tried to fix the issue:
Restarting/Shutting down PC
Updating drivers
Checking for windows updates
Checking for Java updates
Uninstalling/Reinstalling launcher (both through the official Minecraft site and through Microsoft Store)

Oh yea I should mention she has also tried every single troubleshooting step that Ethan already listed above.
Running DDU and installing a fresh clean driver did not resolve the issue…
HOWEVER.
We DID solve the issue by updating the bios on her Asrock PG B650 Riptide motherboard.
Her Device Manager showed “AMD PSP 11.0 Device” listed under “Security Devices” was not working correctly.
A BIOS update resolved that issue and now Minecraft works without problems.
Ethan, what hardware are you running?
My wife is experiencing this exact issue and it started just a few days ago.
She’s already run a memory test and ruled out issues with her ram.
She’s running a Ryzen 7700X with a Radeon RX 7700XT, and we think (but we’re not sure yet) that it might be related to her AMD Drivers.
As soon as I have a chance I’m going to run DDU on her system to do a clean wipe of her drivers, then reinstall a fresh version.
That said…. I’m running a Ryzen 7800X3d, with a Radeon RX 7800XT Nitro; the rest of our hardware … motherboard and ram, are identical… and I’m NOT experiencing this issue.
