My apologies for the tone of my previous comment.... I was tired from work...

I will be fair and state that no, I do not know for certain that it IS Minecraft specifically... all I can say is that it ONLY happens with Minecraft v1.21... but did not happen with Minecraft v1.20... and more specifically, that it only happens with Minecraft... and not with any other game.

I can also state that, I only recently started using AT&T Fiber with their provided Nokia BGW320 Modem/Router... where as previous, I was using Xfinity with my own store bought broadband Motorola Modem and a TPLink Router... and with Xfinity, I did NOT have the same issue... but that was also before the v1.21 update.

So for all I know, maybe its an issue with AT&T and their Hardware???

Regardless, it only happens with Minecraft v1.21... but did not happen with Minecraft v1.20... and not with any other Game.

I'll see what I can do about trying to get some video of it happening... I'll ask someone if they can capture it with OBS... but it still may take me some time to coordinate... as I'm still not quite sure how I can show it happening while having it synchronized with what I'm doing on my screen.

...oh and also, since Graphics Driver was mentioned... you are also correct in presuming that it could also be an issue with AMD.... you guys HAVE already confirmed on YOUR end that the Minecraft Loading to Black Screen issue with the latest AMD Driver, is not a problem on your end, but is in fact an issue with AMD's Driver...

Or maybe this screen flashing, is an issue between AMD and nVidia since someone connecting to me, and experiencing this, is using an nVidia video card?

I dont know, but you're right, it could be anything.

So I have to somehow coordinate with everyone connecting to my World... to have them all Record Video, simultaneously with me... and then somehow edit all these videos together into a single video with identical timestamps showing the effect happening on their screens... let alone get permissions to use their personal videos...

Keeping in mind this is not something that can be captured with software like OBS, and instead would have to be physically recorded with a CELL PHONE or Video Camera, because it is the SCREEN that is flashing... not their Windows or Computer.... and coordinate this with a video of myself, physically working my Mouse to change my local video settings.

I'll need some cameras and camera tripods as well, and have them shipped to some people with instructions on how to set them up/use them to physically record this happening on their screens... or at the very least maybe a number of small stands their cell phones can be placed upon and set up to physically record their screens.

Are you going assist me with the financing on all this?   Also I do not own the type of video editing software that would be needed to "edit all these videos" together into a single video... nor do I have the expertise on how to do so, and I may have to go take a video editing class/course... will you pay for this too?

v1.21

Seed: 8918976068773729218

Player Spawns on small island in middle of ocean...

Spawns at edge of Lava Pool, next to Ruins with Zombies and Skeletons...

If spawning at nighttime, player is shot at by Skeletons, and knocked into the lava pool and promptly killed.

Player can also unsuspectingly step themselves into Lava Pool if spawning facing away from it and not knowing its there... and first movement step is towards the lava.... which happened to me upon my initial creation of this world and first spawning in... I saw a Zombie start coming towards me, panicked and started moving backwards away from approaching Zombie, and promptly fell into the lava and died... respawn... rinse.  repeat.

I would panic too when injured from a fall.

If I were a villager, and I fall, and I become injured from the fall... then I too would panic and summon an iron golem to protect me while I "limp around the area" from my grievous fall injury.

I know from personal experience... broken legs, are not fun.

Just write it off as a Roleplay experience, and pretend the villagers have a broken leg from their fall, so they summon a golem to protect them.

@Calvin Withun

Where did you get Java 22 from?

Java is only on Java 8!

https://www.java.com/en/download/

Added two video captures of this.. one video shows this as I'm attempting to load Minecraft to the main menu screen... the other video shows this as I'm attempting to just load directly into my world, you can hear the sound effects of my Campfire next to me... but no video image on my screen other then a solid black screen.

@Kensi42

Use chunkbase.com to find the nearest Trial Chamber to your build... click on the Apps menu and select the seed map, then just enter the seed of your map.

Also make sure your map is on v1.21

I did some further experimentation on this and I've found that when this stuttering/lag starts to occur, there is typically a Trial Chamber in the vicinity somewhere under the surface.

Moving closer towards it, tends to cause the Stuttering/Lag to get worse... but it does not stop when moving further away, it just continues to build up until it just locks up my game.

I am experiencing this issue in MULTIPLAYER as well.

Windows 11
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Radeon RX 7800XT Nitro+
Samsung 990 Pro 2TB nVME m.2 SSD

EDIT:  I did some further experimentation on this, randomly creating new worlds and exploring them until the stuttering/lag starts to become noticeable.

Though this is not always the case... I've found that at least 3/4's of time when this stuttering/lag starts to occur, there is typically a Trial Chamber in the vicinity somewhere under the surface.

Moving closer towards it, tends to cause the Stuttering/Lag to get worse... but it does not stop when moving further away, it just continues to build up until it just locks up my game.

Second EDIT:

I also do not think my issue, is the same as the one in this Ticket.... none of the screenshots or the video associated with this issue, show what I am experiencing.

I am experiencing 100% GPU usage, with FPS dropping down to 1... then both fluctuating with the GPU usage remining extremely high, with FPS remaining extremely low... until the game just completely locks up.

While regardless of my issue happening or not.... my Memory Use is ALWAYS high between 85% - 95%... even when I'm experiencing smooth game play with 120+ FPS and GPU usage under 30%.

I'm sorry but no, this is NOT a duplicate of a ""Single Player" issue.

This also occurs while in Multiplayer.

My wife and I recently lost an entire world we had just started because this issue caused my PC to lock up and I was forced to crash it out via Task Manager, which resulted in the world not being correctly saved.

For the record, the above screenshots are from another multiplayer world that my Wife and I just created together.
