Hello i have problem with my launcher I can’t enter the game because it shows we cannot verify products that you own and below is minecraft connection error whatever i do i can’t enter the game even restarting the wifi or others. I can’t send a screenshot cuz i uninstalled the game. I thought its only my problem but I saw others and its not only my. It asks me to buy this game but I already bought it before so idk. “We couldn’t verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection,” I started to have it 18.12.2025.

ENG: Change DNS (most common cause)
On the problematic internet connection, the ISP’s DNS servers often block or break the connection to Microsoft services.
How to set DNS in Windows:
Settings → Network & Internet
Advanced network settings
More network adapter options
Right-click your active connection → Properties
Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4)
Select Use the following DNS server addresses:
8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4(Google DNS)
or1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1(Cloudflare)
Restart your computer and the Minecraft Launcher.
