The launcher can't see the internet, and despite reinstalling the registry cleaner and dozens of other attempts, it's still the same. I've been struggling with this for three days now, and no results. Help! The holiday break has started, and the kids want to play.

ENG: Change DNS (most common cause)
On the problematic internet connection, the ISP’s DNS servers often block or break the connection to Microsoft services.
How to set DNS in Windows:
Settings → Network & Internet
Advanced network settings
More network adapter options
Right-click your active connection → Properties
Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4)
Select Use the following DNS server addresses:
(Google DNS)
or
(Cloudflare)
Restart your computer and the Minecraft Launcher.
