I can't start Minecraft, I don't know why

When I start Minecraft it shows that I have no internet and I have it on Bedrock and Java, I have reset the Launcher 6 times, uninstalled it 2 times, restarted the computer and even the Java Engine and I still have the same problem, can I ask for help? I will be grateful.

ENG: Change DNS (most common cause)
On the problematic internet connection, the ISP’s DNS servers often block or break the connection to Microsoft services.

How to set DNS in Windows:

  1. Settings → Network & Internet

  2. Advanced network settings

  3. More network adapter options

  4. Right-click your active connection → Properties

  5. Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4)

  6. Select Use the following DNS server addresses:

    8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

    (Google DNS)
    or

    1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1

    (Cloudflare)

Restart your computer and the Minecraft Launcher.

Zrestartuj komputer i launcher.

I tried the DNS method with no luck. I haven’t been able to play Minecraft online for weeks. Very frustrating waste of money.

You’re not alone. I’m having issues myself. If you are using Windows, go on the windows search feature, type Minecraft, and look for Minecraft.exe. This should pull up the launcher. I don’t know why the exe file works but the actual app icon doesn’t.

Wait, wrong issue. My bad. Forget the exe thing. It’s unrelated to your issue.
