[MCL-26257] I can't start Minecraft, I don't know why

When I start Minecraft it shows that I have no internet and I have it on Bedrock and Java, I have reset the Launcher 6 times, uninstalled it 2 times, restarted the computer and even the Java Engine and I still have the same problem, can I ask for help? I will be grateful.

On the problematic internet connection, the ISP’s DNS servers often block or break the connection to Microsoft services.

How to set DNS in Windows:

Settings → Network & Internet
Advanced network settings
More network adapter options
Right-click your active connection → Properties
Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4)
Select Use the following DNS server addresses:

```
(Google DNS)
or

1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
```
(Cloudflare)

Restart your computer and the Minecraft Launcher.
