When I launch the launcher, it shows it’s updating, after that it immediately crashes. If I run it via terminal, it just prints 2 lines with “OK”, then it closes.

P.S. I’m also using Fedora 43 with KDE Plasma 6.5.4 and Wayland. My CPU is 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-13420H and my graphics processor is Intel UHD Graphics.

I have found the solution:
This is happening to me too. When I run the minecraft-launcher file from ~/.minecraft/launcher, the command line shows “Segmentation fault (core dumped)“.
