The issue also appeared on One UI 6.1 on S24 FE, so there must be some other issue which is not really related to different OS versions. It's most likely something with the latest Exynos chipsets, since the issue appears on Exynos 2400, 2400e and 1580.
Affects version 1.21.80.27 as well.
Having the exact same issue on the same device (Galaxy S24 FE). Attaching some screenshots with the settings and visible debug data on top.

Same issue, RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, latest drivers 576.88, problem occurs both on latest release and latest preview.
