The problem is that the skin I choose on the Minecraft Launcher is not the one visible for me and my friends on the server. I do not even have the appearing skin on my list, neither on the skins folder searching trough %appdata%, .minecraft, assets, skins.
I’m attaching my original skin, which i want to make visible on-game.
