I can't play even though I own it

I’ve linked my Microsoft account to my Steam account and I’ve been playing Minecraft on my Xbox for YEARS. I own the game but I can’t play. I already bought the game on my Xbox and that account is linked to Steam too. I should be able to play but I can’t. I’m very frustrated because I can’t play the game I BOUGHT with MY MONEY. I bought Minecraft on my Xbox and I play it on my Xbox. I wanted to try it on my computer but I can’t play.
