Can't verify the products I own

Minecraft Launcher says it's connected to my Microsoft account but it says that I have not purchased the software, even though I have. I have just installed the launcher on my new computer, and was playing on my old computer earlier. There is a warning that says: "We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection." At the bottom of the screen, there is another warning: "On no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services. Please connect to the internet to refresh your offline access. Try again". When I click the “try again” I just get the same message. The internet connection is good, I’m using it to send this report
