[MCL-26419] Minecraft Launcher shows "Unexpected error" and does not open

When opening the Minecraft Launcher, it fails to start and shows the message:
"An unexpected error occurred. Please try restarting your launcher."

Clicking on "Try again" does not fix the issue. Restarting the launcher and the system does not solve the problem either.

The launcher does not fully load and closes or remains stuck on the error screen. This happens every time I try to open it.

I am logged in with a Microsoft account. The issue started recently and was not happening before.

I have tried restarting the launcher and my PC, but the problem persists.

Environment

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Minecraft Launcher: Latest version
Account type: Microsoft account
Internet connection: Stable
Java: Bundled with launcher
