I John Thatcher have bough Minecraft java and bedrock edition from the microsoft store. Although I am logged into my xbox account, I still cannot open the launcher or any minecraft versions with out it crashing and stating The game has crashed.
Please tell me how to fix this. thanks John Thatcher.
